For general questions about Troy Tutors or assistance that does not need

to be resolved within 24 hours.

If you call us, and we don't pick up right away (we might be in the middle of tutoring),

expect to hear back from us in no later than 1 hour.

For emergency assistance, or extremely urgent assistance, that needs to

be resolved ASAP (unable to join your tutoring session, unable to see your tutor in

your session, or anything that needs to be resolved before the

next time the General Support Team is available).

Please text for emergencies. If we are currently in a meeting or support call,

we will still be able to read the message, and send to the appropriate team member,

versus waiting until after a meeting or support call ends, to get back to you.

Troy Tutors runs independently of Rutgers University, and while we often work and collaborate with departments at Rutgers University, we have no formal partnership or affiliation with Rutgers University. Any Rutgers naming in any referral URL is the result of selecting the Rutgers University option at troytutors.com. Troy Tutors has three tutoring platforms for three universities (Rutgers, RPI, and BU), and the Rutgers-specific URL allows you to differentiate which platform is for which university and which university offers Rutgers courses from tutors that previously attended Rutgers University.
